We decided upon our Cape to Cape adventure as complete overlanding 'virgins'. The information below is an attempt to summarise the journey we went on before our journey actually began. The amount of preparation you need for a trip like this shouldn't be sniffed at! We were lucky to get an immense amount of help and advice along the way and so we wanted to share what we found with others who might want to do something similar.

 

Overall, our advice is....DO IT! Be brave, make time for an adventure (life doesn't need to be linear)...you'll only regret what you don't do, not what you choose to do. Lots of love x
